  • What does a Drop-In Care provide?
    A Drop-in childcare center is a pay-by-the-hour, flexible service available to parents. LANGUAGE EXPRESS is Rolesville's only hourly childcare service with no commitments, offering drop-in care for children age 3 months to 12 years old. Only pay for the time you need, when you need it!
  • Where are you located?
    Language Express is Located in the Town of Rolesville. 406 Southtown Circle in Rolesville, NC. Here's how to find us. I-540 Exit 18 continue onto US-401/Louisburg Road. Turn left onto Southtown Circle and destination will be on your right, opposite of Advance Auto Parts.
  • What are the hours of operation?
    LANGUAGE EXPRESS Drop-In Childcare HOURS MON-FRIDAY 6:30 am - 7 pm SATURDAY 8 am - 8 pm (By Request Only | email by the Thursday before requested Saturday) SUNDAY Closed Appointments are not required; however, if you want to plan ahead feel free to contact us. Last drop-off is at 5 pm, Monday-Saturday.
  • How can I contact you?

  • What types of payments do you accept?
    Our primary form of payment is through Square. We also accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. *Payment is due at the time of service/invoice. There will be a $5 daily late fee for invoices not paid by due date.
  • Do you offer savings for families?
    Yes! We offer daily and weekly packages. We also offer sibling discounts for hourly childcare. For more details, please see our provided packages.
  • How long can my child(ren) stay?
    Language Express is an hourly drop-in care facility, not a daycare. Children can stay for up to 4 hours, with a 2-hr minimum stay required . We are mandated by NC guidelines for drop-in care.
  • How much is the hourly drop-in care?
    Our drop-in rate is $12/hr per child, sibling discounts are available. Offered pricing and rates can be viewed here.
  • What qualifications does your staff have?
    All our caregivers are first aid/CPR certified and have received specialized training in behavioral management strategies. Not only do they love kids, but each employee has been carefully vetted through a series of background checks.
  • Do I need an appointment?
    No, no appointments are needed! Our additional services, such as Mobile Event Sitters, Camps, and Before & After School Care, are offered as prepaid programs scheduled and planned prior to need.
  • What happens if I arrive after closing hours?
    There is a $1.00 charge per minute, per child when you arrive after closing.
  • Will you administer medication?
    Language Express does not administer regular medications of any kind. We will however, in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, make reasonable accommodations of children with a variety of disability or special health care needs. Furthermore, please do not send in any medication with or for children to self administer.
